FOREST PARK RESORT & SPA
Forest Park Resort & Spa is a mountain resort consisting of a hotel and apartment buildings. In the first stage of the investment, from the winter holidays of 2025, we will put at the disposal of our guests a hotel part with a SPA zone with a wide range of treatments, a restaurant, a playroom for children and comfortable rooms in the hotel part, as well as family, spacious apartments.
In the second stage of the project (which is currently under construction), we will expand the offer with more attractions such as an aquapark, a summer swimming pool with a relaxation terrace, a modern kids club, a conference center, and additional apartments.

Check-in time
Hotel Check-in begins at 16:00 and ends at 11:00 the following day. It is possible to check in early or check out later after contacting the reception in advance.
Children
Children under the age of 3 stay free of charge if they sleep in a bed with their parents. They receive towels and food as part of their stay. It is possible to rent a travel cot with bedding; for an extra charge - 40 PLN/day. Due to their limited number, please contact reception, the reservations department or at the booking stage in advance. The price for children aged 4-12 and 13-18 is indicated in each offer.
Car parking
There are paid spaces in an unguarded car park included in the price:
- Ground parking 40PLN/day/car;
- Underground parking 60PLN/day/car;

Staying with your pet
The hotel accepts the presence of pets.
Pets are allowed on the premises for an additional fee of PLN 80/day in designated areas. The owner of the animal is obliged to keep it in such a way that it does not pose a threat to other Guests, staff or other people. We do not accept animals commonly regarded as dangerous or aggressive, including: reptiles, arachnids and dogs commonly regarded as aggressive.
Other guidance
There is ongoing construction work in the neighbouring buildings, which does not adversely affect guests' stay at the hotel.
In winter, we recommend wheel chains in case of snowfall.
The spa fee in Świeradów-Zdrój is PLN 6.00 per day per person.
