The room is nice, clean, the chairs are uncomfortable (the backrests are too low), the kitchenette is too small - you can make coffee, but that's all. Therefore, we bought breakfasts (as above). Breakfasts were bearable, but the scrambled eggs were always cold (other dishes that should be warm as well), the fried egg was "armored" (the shell was so hard that it was impossible to break through it) I think it was there for a few days, the coffee was tasty (it's a pity that only one coffee machine worked - at the far end of the room). The chairs in the dining room are also uncomfortable. Perhaps the designer wanted it to be nice, but nice does not mean comfortable. Please take into account the fact that students rarely come to such a hotel, the guests are rather elderly people (I have seen it). Older people value comfort, not design. The ladies serving the room took the used plates while eating, you can do it when the guests are done. The TV does not support Netflix - this is the first time I have encountered something like this. And this construction site - excavators make noise under the windows from the morning - terrible. A lot still needs to change for it to be a facility to which you will willingly return.

Pokój ładny, czysty, krzesła niewygodne (za niskie oparcia), aneks kuchenny za mały - można zrobić kawę ale to wszystko. W związku z tym wykupiliśmy śniadania (bo jak wyżej). Śniadania znośne ale jajecznica zawsze zimna (inne potrawy, które powinny być ciepłe również), jajko sadzone "pancerne" (tak twarda skorupa, że nie dało się przez nią przebić) chyba leżało tam kilka dni, kawa smaczna (szkoda, że działał tylko jeden ekspres - w odległym końcu sali). Krzesła w sali jadalnej również niewygodne. Być może projektant chciał żeby było ładnie ale ładnie nie znaczy wygodnie. Proszę wziąć pod uwagę fakt, że do takiego hotelu rzadko przyjeżdżają studenci, gośćmi są raczej osoby starsze (widziałem). Starsze osoby cenią wygodę nie design. Panie obsługujące salę zabierały zużyte talerze w trakcie jedzenia, można to zrobić kiedy goście skończą. Telewizor nie obsługuje Netflixa - pierwszy raz spotkałem się z czymś takim. No i ta budowa - pod oknami koparki hałasują od rana - fatalne. Jeszcze dużo musi się zmienić żeby był to obiekt do którego chętnie się wraca.

We felt very comfortable here. The room looked like in the pictures. We especially liked the 👍️ sauna. For active skiers, the hotel is located directly on the slopes, wonderful. Everything was very nice and clean ;) The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and we had a separate room from the living room.

Czuliśmy się tu bardzo komfortowo. Pokój wyglądał tak jak na zdjęciach. Szczególnie spodobała nam się 👍️ sauna. Dla aktywnych narciarzy hotel położony jest bezpośrednio przy stoku, cudownie. Wszystko było bardzo ładne i czyste ;) Pokój był przestronny, łóżko wygodne, a dodatkowo mieliśmy oddzielny pokój od salonu.

Overall, the stay was successful, when booking through Travelist, there was no information that the pool area is open from July. Probably after customer complaints, such information was posted on the portal. Probably not full occupancy in the hotel, but there is too little choice when it comes to the number of meals in relation to the standard - especially dinners. The rest is fine 😃

Ogólnie pobyt był udany, rezerwując przez Travelist nie było informacji, że strefą basenów jest czynna od lipca.Zapewne po skargach klientów została taka informacja umieszczona w portalu. Zapewne w hotelu nie pełnego obłożenia ale jest zbyt mały wybór jeśli chodzi o ilość posiłków w odniesieniu do standardu - szczególnie obiadokolacje. Reszta bez zarzutów 😃

The hotel is large, new, and its location deserves special attention. In addition to beautiful views, there is close access to the lift and mountain trails. Everyone will find something for themselves. Beautifully developed bicycle routes and well-marked hiking routes. I was in this area for the first time and I am very pleasantly surprised. The hotel was very friendly, smiling and helpful staff and the meals (we had breakfasts and dinners in the form of a buffet) exceeded my expectations. Everything is delicious, warm and for every palate. I am delighted and intend to return for a longer stay. The hotel can be seen that it is still at the start-up stage, but the staff is doing great:) for children, animations, playground and guided tours organized by the hotel. We would like to greet the guide Magdalena, who, as part of the agreement with the hotel on 05.04, showed us the beautiful area of Świeradów-Zdrój, told us in a nice way about the history of the region and the Jizera Mountains, pointed out valuable comments on possible trips and interesting places. We recommend this place to everyone Magdalena and Albert

Hotel duży, nowy a na szczególną uwagę zasługuje jego położenie. Oprócz pięknych widoków jest bliski dostęp do wyciągu i szlaków górskich. Każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Pięknie rozbudowane trasy rowerowe i dobrze oznakowane trasy piesze. Ja byłam po raz pierwszy w tych rejonach i jestem bardzo miło zaskoczona. W hotelu bardzo sympatyczna, uśmiechnięta i pomocna obsługa a posiłki ( mieliśmy śniadania i obiadokolacje w formie szwedzkiego stołu) przeszły moje oczekiwania. Wszystko przepyszne, ciepłe i na każde podniebienie. Jestem zachwycona i zamierzam wrócić na dłuższy pobyt. Hotel widać że jeszcze na etapie rozruchu ale personel radzi sobie świetnie:) dla dzieci animacje, plac zabaw i wycieczki z Przewodnikiem organizowane przez hotel. Chcielibyśmy pozdrowić Przewodniczkę Magdalenę, która w ramach umowy z hotelem w dniu 05.04, pokazała nam piękny teren Świeradowa-Zdroju, opowiedziała w sympatyczny sposób na temat historii regionu i Gór Izerskich, wskazała cenne uwagi na temat możliwych wycieczek i ciekawych miejsc. The food is delicious, the a'la carte restaurant is open for a long time, the bar also until late hours. The spa is also excellent. I recommend it, the service there is at the highest level. Forest Park Resort&Spa a very nice apartment complex, very nice and spacious, finished with taste. Quite a lot of size. Beautifully situated among colossal trees. Breakfast and dinner, enough food. SPA very pleasant treatments. We recommend it for couples and entire families.

Wir haben über Booking.com gebucht und es war nicht ersichtlich, dass es sich um eine Großbaustelle handelt. Ich finde man sollte gerade zu der Anlaufzeit eines Hotels auch einen Rabatt gewähren. Das Apartment war sehr neu, aber es fehlten mir gewisse Dinge, die für ein Hotel bzw. Resort obligatorisch sind. Die Preise für Massage etc. fand ich einfach nur frech. Und dann geht man nur paar Meter ins Restaurant und dort bekommt man sehr günstig sehr gutes Essen. Das Frühstücksbuffet war dafür sehr gut. Schade nur, dass viele Mitarbeiter nicht wirklich freundlich wirkten. Auch würde ich empfehlen, dass Flyer in verschiedenen Sprachen zu veröffentlichen.

Very spacious rooms, cleanliness, courtesy of the staff are great advantages of this hotel. A sauna in the bathroom is an extra thing. The only slight downside is the food. A hotel of this type should be tempted to get better meals, considering the price of the stay. Greater variety and quantity. Overall, we were satisfied.

Bardzo przestronne pokoje , czystość, uprzejmość personelu to wielkie atuty tego hotelu. Sauna w łazience to extra sprawa. Jedyny niewielki minus to wyżywienie. Hotel takiego pokroju powinien pokusić się o lepsze posiłki zważywszy na cenę pobytu. Większą rozmaitość i ilość. Ogólnie byliśmy zadowoleni.

It was my first time. I am really very pleased. Great location. The staff is very nice and helpful ( girl at the reception). The facility is very pleasant. Spacious apartments. It was clean and pleasant. Views of the slope. Close to SkiSun and the lift. I had the opportunity to charge the electric car, there was at least a socket, but I am counting on a station. The restaurant is delicious and the food is good. We will order you to come.

Było czysto i przyjemnie. Widoki na stok. Blisko SkiSun i wyciągu. Miałem możliwość naładowania auta elektrycznego, było przynajmniej gniazdko ale liczę na stację. A wonderfully furnished hotel. A sauna in the room is a really great idea. Tasty breakfasts, nice hotel staff with a smile on their faces. Only for me, dinners could have been more varied, and dishes served hot (soups, meats) should have been warmer.

In March, we were the whole family in Forest Park. The stay in the hotel, smelling of novelty, was quite pleasant, if there were a few drawbacks: There are no clear rules here: - the hotel gives a discount on equipment rental, but it depends on the reception staff; - This is a hotel and everywhere it is clearly written that there is daily cleaning in the main building, where we stayed. But only 2 days before arrival, in an e-mail from the hotel, there was information in small print that in the main building no. 1 there is cleaning, but in the main building no. 2, where we had a reservation - cleaning only once every 4 days for a 6-day stay; - underground parking paid 60 PLN, but the parking lot is neither closed nor monitored. Anyone can enter there; -the apartments have kitchenettes, so they provide cooking. But there is so little cutlery and kitchen utensils that it is impossible to use it. The only absolute plus of the whole hotel is the very helpful and friendly staff, apart from the manager. And the proximity of the slope and the view of Swieradów (which I advise you to fight for when booking) - are an absolute advantage of this hotel.

W marcu byliśmy całą rodziną w Forest Parku. Pobyt w hotelu, pachnącym nowością był całkiem przyjemny, gdyby bie kilka mankamentów: Tu nie ma jasnych zasad: - hotel daje zniżkę na wypożyczalnię sprzętu, ale to zależy od pracownika recepcji; - to jest hotel i wszędzie wyraźnie jest napisane, że w głównym budynku, gdzie zatrzymaliśmy się, jest codzienne sprzątanie. Ale dopiero 2 dni przed przyjazdem w mailu od hotelu była zawarta drobnym drukiem informacja, że w głównym budynku nr1 owszem jest sprzątanie, ale w głównym budynku nr2, w którym mieliśmy rezerwację- sprzątanie tylko raz na 4 doby przy 6-dniowym pobycie; -parking podziemny płatny 60zł, ale parking nie jest ani zamykany ani monitorowany. Każdy może tam wejść; -apartamenty mają aneksy kuchenne, więc przewidują gotowanie. Ale jest tak mało sztućców i przyborów kuchennych, że nie da się z niego korzystać. Jedyny absolutny plus całego hotelu -to bardzo pomocny i życzliwy personel, oprócz managerki. No i bliskość stoku i widok na Swieradów (o który radzę powalczyć podczas rezerwacji) - są absolutnym atutem tego hotelu.

The hotel is a new facility in Świeradów, open for a month and a half. Construction works are still underway in the hotel in other buildings. The reception staff is very communicative and competent. The report went quickly and without any disturbances. The receptionist provided all the necessary information during the check-in. The rooms are large, spacious and clean. Outdoor parking is paid 40 PLN per day, but you have to be very lucky to find a free space. Underground parking paid PLN 60 per day. In my opinion, parking should be free. The hotel restaurant is long and narrow, the tables are tightly arranged, it is difficult to pass. There are no napkin holders, spice holders or containers for used sugar and spice containers on the tables. A smorgasbord located too close to the tables. On the buffet table, hot dishes mixed with partners with cold cuts, vegetables, etc. I suggest launching a second coffee point at the entrance to the restaurant, it will reduce the queues for drinks. The restaurant staff during the meal consists of 90 percent Thai or Vietnamese citizens, who do not understand Polish, no communication in Polish with hotel guests. Despite the described shortcomings, I recommend this facility. The hotel staff is still learning, I hope that the suggestions provided by hotel guests will be used to improve the quality and comfort of the stay.

Hotel to nowy obiekt w Świeradowie czynny od półtora miesiąca. W hotelu trwają jeszcze prace budowlane w pozostałych budynkach. Obsługa recepcji bardzo komunikatywna i kompetenta. Meldunek przebiegł szybko i bez zakłucen. Recepcjonistka w trakcie meldunku przekazała wszystkie niezbędne informacje.Pokoje duże, przestronne i czyste. Parking zewnętrzny płatny 40zł za dobę ale trzeba mieć wielkie szczęście aby znaleźć wolne miejsce. Parking podziemny płatny 60zł za dobę. Moim zdaniem parkingi powinny być darmowe. Restauracja hotelowa długa i wąska, stoliki ciasno ustawione ciężko przejść. Na stolikach brak serwetników, przyprawników oraz pojemniczków na zużyte opakowania po cukrze i przyprawach. Szwedzki stół usytuowany za blisko stolików. Na szwedzkim stole dania ciepłe wymieszane z partnerami z wędliną, warzywami itp.. Sugeruję uruchomienie drugiego punktu kawowego przy wejściu do restauracji rozładuje to kolejki po napoje. Obsługa restauracji podczas posiłku złożona w 90 procentach z obywateli Tajlandii lub Wietnamu nie rozumiejąca języka polskiego zero komunikacji w języku polskim z gośćmi hotelowymi. Mimo opisanych mankamentów polecam ten obiekt. Obsługa hotelu nadal się uczy mam nadzieję że przekazywane przez gości hotelowych sugestie zostaną wykorzystane w celu polepszenia jakości i komfortu pobytu.

Alpine style, the building is very nice and functional. The rooms are large, clean, modern. Two guarantees are irritating: pay for construction sites around and apartment building on apartment building. Every piece of land is used.

During the 6-day stay, there was no cleaning. Unclear information on cleaning broken down by building. There is no information when booking that there is one big construction site around. No lockers for skis and boots. A "playroom" is a room the size of half an apartment. Animation is rather for children up to 2-4 years of age. On the plus side, the proximity of the slope, nice views and silence.

Przy 6 dniowym pobycie nie było sprzątania. Nie jasne informacje dot. sprzątania z podziałem na budynki. Brak informacji podczas rezerwacji, że w około jest jeden wielki plac budowy. Brak szafek na nart i buty. "Pokój zabaw" to pokój wielkości połowy apartamentu. Animację raczej dla dzieci do 2-4 roku życia. Na plus bliskość stoku, ładne widoki i cisza.

We spent an extended weekend at the Forest Hotel. The hotel is brand new, very nice décor. Rooms with a separate bedroom, kitchenette and a sauna in the bathroom - a hit. Breakfasts are varied and very tasty. The reception, Mr. Kacper especially, very helpful and nice. The slope right next to the hotel - sensational. The stay was very successful.
